    Sets [M15] Magic 2015 Spoilers

I think this guy is at least better than Vastwood Hydra, even despite synergies. Though, I guess if you didn't like cascade then this guy would be miserable. The Soul six drops just have just such an expensive activation cost. Activating from the graveyard is pretty awesome, though.

Self milling to boot, hurrah. I like this guy. Will run.

I'm just happy we can take only what we want out of Conspiracy and not deal with drafting the actual set.

    Sets [CNS] Conspiracy Spoilers

Left field, but is that guy on Backup Plan a goblin? Or what is he? I wasn't feeling the conspiracy cards before, but Backup Plan, Power Play, and Worldknit seem like they add great fun and depth. I agree that hidden agenda seems like a chore to use, and none seem all too powerful even despite...

That seems like a ton of fun. I wonder if the card is playable too? I don't think I've ever seen a colorless looter.

I was excited about Cogwork Librarian when it got spoiled, but between Lore Seeker, Whispergear Sneak, Cogwork Spy, and Lurk Automaton I feel like things are getting a bit too hectic. .

General P1P1 with Marshall Sutcliffe and Rashad Miller

I tested a Bond Beetle at 1/1 and it seemed completely fair. Most of the time Experiment One was better unless you were trying to reset a persist creature or push an evasive creature through a board stall. But really nothing broken. A playable graft one drop seems sweet. I'd imagine it would...

    Sets [CNS] Conspiracy Spoilers

Yeah this is true. I guess I was being hopeful for some Will of the Council card that involved hidden information. Maybe something like Oracle of Bones, but more aggressively costed. Though I read the mechanic again and voting one player at a time is pretty awful, especially since the caster has...

    Sets [CNS] Conspiracy Spoilers

I kind of like Will of the Council as a mechanic, or anything that involves the opponent on your turn and both players making decisions really. That this one is actually just black flame rift 100% of the time - so I don't think it's that exciting... Could be a lot of fun in multiplayer, though.

General Decks that have 3-0'd your cube

wow that deck is awesome. Just curious, how much work would you say Life from the Loam did on your average game?

    General Black/Blue

Sygg, River Cutthroat I think Sygg is sweet. He supports aggression in colors that don't have a lot of help. It's also good for devotion.

Article Journey to Nyx: Cube Review

The mana cost on the Mystic ability makes it miserable in the early game. I think it needs at least a minor graveyard theme to be valuable in the late game. It's pretty fun to play with, though.

    General Black/Blue

Black/Blue has a fair bit of aggressive evasive creatures that could make a decent theme. Pairing cards like Inkfathom Infiltrator with things like, ninjutsu, soulbond, cipher(...?), equipment, and tempo creatures makes for interesting aggro-control decks. I actually think that UB can have a...

    405 Mostly Modern Cube

Just a few ideas if you are still trying to push the Wildfire deck in your cube. It never hurts too much to test out new cards, so I think giving Destructive Force a run is worth it (I think it's much better than Rite of Ruin since artifact mana is pretty crucial). Just adding one more effect is...
