I'm with Onder on this one. Throne is strictly more mana than Gilded Lotus, comes with a divination you can cast every turn, and doesn't come into play tapped, meaning that you can do funky things with it. The One Ring this is not, but it'll still go off with things like Circle of Teleportation...
