I mean, Commanding Soloist has two options on your turn: 1) You play it, then repeatedly flicker it and scry 2 until your deck is in the order you want, then break the loop by having it come in as a 4/2. 2) Like #1, except you flicker another creature instead of making it a 4/2.

Yeah, Radiance is definitely one of those mechanics that primarily sucks because it was put on cards that are absolute garbage.

I honestly don't think that Morph would be that hard to implement, given that they've already implemented Prototype. Most of the rules headaches for Morph aren't actually stuff that'd be that tricky to code.

As far as enablers are concerned... I'd skip stuff like the Huntmaster that need you to draft a critical density of dinos in order to even be playable. Contrast it with, say, Intrepid Paleontologist or Marauding Raptor, where they'd still be worth running even if you only snagged 1-2 other...
