    Does that trigger both chapter 2 and 3? Or just skip straight to 3? Kiora bests the sea god comes to mind as a pretty powerful saga to jump to chapter 3 on. That, again, depends a bit on what happens with chapter 2.

    "and/or hand" adds a ton of flexibility. This is a really good card for a deck with the mana commitment. And it's an instant, which opens up a whole 'nother layer of flexibility.
