Another vote for Night's Whisper (though I run Read the Bones too). If you're only running one card of that kind, Whisper is the one to go with.

I've never cast Time Spiral, but I've played against it a few times in traditional powermax cubes. It usually does something pretty crazy, but unpredictable. You usually need to have board control before you cast it. If you're getting beaten down, it's probably not going to help you stabilize...

I've found that you don't need to add any explicit support for delve to make it good. All you have to do is play Magic, and eventually the delve cards all get awesome.
