    Sets Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty

that last image is SICK I love the tattoos that come to life concept in general, and framing them as... living neon signs? or that sort of computer screen glitch vibe? is a really cool aesthetic. Especially if they are symbolizing "inner demons" or what have you.

This one will be a actual small neon sign (21st century tech ya know... batteries not included). *not a real fact

    Sets Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty

Multiple sets have started with variants of disappointment and dislike from you. Have they all used the exact phrase "i hate this"? No, but the pessimism is palpable on spoiler seasons. I wouldn't have made the post if this was the first time. I have literally made callouts on blanket pessimism...

    Sets Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty

BTW this set does take place in the "modern day" of the MTG timeline, (~4560AR), at least according to the MTG wiki. It doesn't happen 1200 years in the MTG current timeline future, is what I'm saying. The original Kamigawa block took place in the past.

    Sets Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty

You haven't seen any of it yet besides 3 or 4 promo pictures. Please leave the pessimism for after spoilers, because I can't count the times you go in "hating" a set, and come out lukewarm or liking it after seeing half the cards.

    General Fight Club

You Happen on a Glade is pretty dang gassy. Two lands or a permanent at instant speed is strong. After reflection, I'll update my ranking of the above to Bala Ged recovery > dryad's revival > Once and Future I'm including Revival for some very specific functionality, and Recovery is better in...

Man I haven't thought about Kinkos in ages. Didn't know they were still a thing.

    General Fight Club

Again, if you have the card in hand, you aren't in the situation where Revival is the strongest. Do you have a self mill archetype or not? Because that means it would have a chance of just binning Once and Future. I would rather play Timeless Witness in a self-mill deck than a 4 mana instant...

    General Fight Club

If you are behind, you may not have Adamant. If it's late in the game and you fall behind, you may have already used the front end of Revival. The easiest way to get Revival into the Grave is to just cast it for 3 first. You can literally top deck a land (about 10-17x more likely than top...

and recursive recursion is really good. Being able to come back from literally nothing in hand and on field is nothing to sneeze at.

    General Fight Club

probably Bala Ged and Dryad's stacked equally with Once and Future just behind them.

General Weekly Fun Q: Which land would you rather live in?

I run Theros basics in my draft kit thingy. This Theros forest in particular reminds me of the forests I grew up in. Beautiful sunset coloration too.

    General CBS

I agree, especially since it sorts every other land color identity combination already. It even has "non-[single color]" as a sort, but not "[single color]"
