You know, honestly I was running Dark Dwellers for the longest time, mostly cutting it because all my spells matter decks were so zeroxy that they were playing ~14 lands, so 5 drops were unrealistic. Maybe they still are, but the flexibility of a 2/2 haste is probably better, even if the 5 mana...

I think phasing is now...Decidious? they can use it at any time but it doesn't always show up. If you think of it like flicker except ETB/LTB's don't trigger, you've got 99% of it
