Dia, have you considered going the opposite direction with your ULD? That is, moving MORE lands into it? I run all my lands in the ULD, even duals/fetches, and so far it has played pretty well. It may not be the right tool to fix your current problem with the ULD, but I thought I'd bring it up...

Gotta reiterate here: stuff like Flickerwisp and Ghostly Flicker that can bounce lands is great! Because, you can bounce a scryland and get a landfall trigger!
