I think it's fine with flash as a blue card in cube, you can do all your PW manipulating tricks on it already and lets be honest do you really want it to be draw 3 and 1 sided fecundity sorta?

thats not really blue to be but whatever. you could probably make a 2 mana black card like that that cost life.
