That seems insanely powerful. {1}{U}{U} for Scry 1 draw 2 at instant speed is pretty solid, and then it doubles up if your opponent cast a spell that turn?
Even casting this for {1}{U} with 0 storm is good, and if one or two spells have been cast it's approaching Ancestral Recall levels...
Problem is you're just as likely to mill them to their answers as milling their answers. Not to mention cards like Snapcaster Mage, Eternal Witness, Tasigur who want cards in the grave.
I've played it once and I enjoyed it. When we played it did take a long time, maybe 5 hours, but we were both playing for the first time so I think with experience you could get it down to 2-3 hours. Really want to play again.
Anafenza plus Hangarback Walker seems sweet!
I just played Thopters. The deck is cool, if swingy and draw dependent. I'm running it back for GP London as well.
