I've always found these games to be too cluttered and slash-and-hack-ish for my taste. I'm a little intrigued by the deck building part, but i don't think I will enjoy this more than a simple draft on arena.

Almost every green deck has a use for Grapple. Very sweet green cantrip, perfect for cube. Way is not quite as flexible but csn be way better sometimes in a very creature heavy deck.

No love for Order of Midnight, Embereth Shieldbreaker, Beanstalk Giant, Giant Killer, Shepherd of the Flock, Foulmire Knight, Lovestruck Beast or Faerie Guidemother? I think all of these are very interesting for lower powered cubes around here.

How do they go infinite? And why isn't it doable in a lower powered cube?

Luckily there are other adventure goodies like Hypnotic Sprite or Rimrock Knight for lower power levels!

I don't think that's a bad thing. Let them fight over it. If the demand is larger then the supply, add another one, but start with the most flexible cards.

Spirit > Seeker for me too. It works in creature heavy aggro decks, which is a good thing for white 2-drops, and if they kill it after it triggered at least one, you have something better left, as tokens > lifepoints.

I think obsessing with my cube(s) has turned me more and more into a designer. I don't really enjoy high power level as just that anymore. I prefer draft environments, where cards are smaller pieces of the puzzle and the games can evolve enough to let you see more cards and make more decisions...
