To be fair, Sanwell will be available in the new border, just in the extended frame. I'm not sure that's better than the old border for you (personally I prefer the old border to the extended frame on most cards, but I still like the m15 frame the best), but you will at least have options.

I agree with Onder. There is a pretty big limiting factor on replaying this card (needing the lands in hand), so any "broken" interactions are limited to the number of lands you can actually draw. That's probably not more than one or two at a time, barring some multi-card engine or Skullclamp...

I still think I like Devourer of Memor more for the time being. The better base stats, ability to be completely unblockable, and self-enabling is pretty cool. Spybug probably needs another 15 or more Cubable surveil cards to surpass Devourer.
