I dunno, that might be pretty loose. Nobody's diving after zephyr charge, even in a format plagued with groundstalls. The scry 1 on upkeep is kinda like a looter, except you can't ditch flashback cards or vengevine. I think it needs the creature mode to be playable.

I'd deffinitly count him as gold (which isn't much of a problem, reckoner and ram gang have done fine), but the problem comes in whenever you want utility lands. Wasteland, Mutavault and Nightveil Specter are the worst of buddies.

Delver and cloudfin raptor fit in very different decks. You should pick one, since they don't synergize with eath other. Since Raptor is easy and given the title of this thread, let's focus on delver: 1cc Triple Delver I think. I'd add less, but I don't think there's another 1 drop this deck...
