    Card/Deck Single Card Spotlight

This one seems a bit harsh. But I mostly agree with your other points (although cards like Persist and infernal grasp seem to indicate we might be turning the corner). Cling to dust Warlock class dusk legion zealot Night’s whisper sign in blood

    Dom's Stream of Consciousness

I drafted a few times and enjoyed the experience. Here is some feedback based on limited experience with your list, so take with a grain of salt!

    Card/Deck Single Card Spotlight

I was going to suggest Burning-Rune Demon Who I think is a sweet one. You still get ETB value, but also synergy potential (like Gifts Ungiven) or even redundancy (grab 2 more reanimation spells so that if they answer it you get to grab it again). It's not a quick clock, but it does good work.

    "Fast" multiplayer cube

Do you have any feedback on how Rokiric plays? I have next to no multicolored removal so he scares me as an untouchable token producer (baring a wrath). I have considered Naya as a multicolor archetype with Bloom Tender, Faeburrow Elder, Kenrith, the Returned King and Red's treasures, but...

    "Fast" multiplayer cube

Good point, I did not. That's exactly where I was headed actually. For now, these will be flex slots that I can use for new sets release. I think I am looking for even cheaper creatures than the ones you suggested, here are some I am considering Burning-Tree Emissary Bomat Courier Spellskite...

    "Fast" multiplayer cube

So I decided to add Field of the Dead as a one card archetype that plays well as both a control finisher and a lands payoff. I am still missing 10 cards. I cannot figure out if I am supposed to add an extra archetype, reinforce existing ones or just add some good stuff effects like...

[500] CCC - Casual Champions Cube

I like the fact that you are replacing many of these multicolored cards with single colored or colorless cards. Adds a lot more possibilities in the draft when you don't have to splash for a basic effect.

    General Selling Collection

I have received the collection and as I mentioned before, will be offering all of you a chance to get the pieces you want before I trade/sell some of them. I am keeping some cards for myself obviously, so some cards will be off limits. I think to keep the forum clear, we should communicate via...

    Card/Deck Single Card Spotlight

If you support a White control deck, I think the color gains a ton from having one available. As I alluded to in my earlier post, having the tools to build non-Blue control decks leads to more diverse decks in your format which I value. White control decks already need to go find card advantage...

    Card/Deck Single Card Spotlight

I’ll echo what others have said on Teferi, great signpost card. I’ll push in favor of Elspeth though. Aggressive decks are becoming faster and more resilient (or at least can be if you want them to), so I am okay giving control powerful tools to fight back. Especially in White which is...

    Dom's Stream of Consciousness

I think it was you and Jason who were talking on the podcast about having the best cards in your cube actually support the archetypes you want, so that doing the most powerful thing is also the right thing (here "right" meaning building a synergistic deck rather than a good stuff pile). For...

    Inscho's Graveyard Combo Cube

Only that it failed when my power level was all over the place a few years back. It was too slow and fragile at the mana cost compared to what else the cube was doing. My removal was too strong and had too many GRBS cards. It was also not supported enough. However, allow me to quote I think...

    "Fast" multiplayer cube

Here it gets a little more dicey. There are 4 storm support cards, 2 of which are pushing the power band way up. Even without the fastest mana, Tolarian Academy is no joke. However, it's not free to run as it requires some deckbuilding concessions to really maximize. Those are the types of...

    "Fast" multiplayer cube

My cube is currently at 420 cards and I am thinking of going back to 450 cards. The exercise of cutting down has been a great help in letting me understand what I want to support and how. I'm looking for more cheap mana value cards as well as extra support for a few archetypes. Here are the...

    General Fight Club

Could this fixing discussion also be related to how you envision and support your archetypes? Assuming a power band that is relatively tight as @TrainmasterGT mentioned. If you are going for a more broad approach to archetypes (spanning 4+ colors), you actively want your drafters to explore and...

    Card/Deck Low Power Card Spotlight

Is Jack-O'-Lantern A consideration? Exiles one problematic card and cantrips and little value from the GY.

    General Fight Club

I'll vouch for Kess as well. What I enjoy is that four 4 mana you get a sizeable evasive threat that generates card advantage. However, if you answer it quickly you can come back in the game, whereas Lier is much more all or nothing. However, Kess is also obviously 3 colors. For a card...

General Favorite Cards You Don't Run

In my case, it's Bolas's Citadel In a 4 player game with 20 starting life, you usually cannot afford to pay life to cast the cards. It's a real shame because I support a light storm package, a sacrifice theme as well as an artifact theme. It ticks all the boxes but still misses the mark :(

    Shamim's Cube

I totally get that. I guess I was thinking of replacing Gideon Blackblade which is a bit more generic in my eyes. Sure he hits hard, but there are already some hard hitting cards in White and with the addition of Portable Hole and Prismatic Ending, his removal option seems less needed. I guess I...

    Shamim's Cube

Thanks for the write up, always enjoy reading these "tournament reports". Yours especially because our cubes are on a similar power level. I have a few questions/comments about cards/strategies that stood out (by there presence or absence). Most decks seem to be 3+ colors. Have you considered...
