I honestly think a pretty good definition of cube is a "shoe box full of cards that you draft with" and judging by this thread it's pretty accurate. :marofl:

I think a benefit of this is that you're describing a relation between two categories of cards, rather than an interaction between two individual cards, which should make it much more natural to put a "make mana + use mana" deck together. Seems less gimicky.

This is great. I honestly love the subtle humor in the design itself in this set! Particularly like that anarchomancer counts any spell as long as it's Gruul. Seems like this would work both in a RGx spell velocity deck, and in a gruul ramp deck.

Seems like enchantments are getting revisited. Fun, I say! I think this is a pretty good support card, since you'd only need to play like an oblivion ring or something to make this investment worth it.
