Why not: Watcher for Tomorrow I think he's the best 2-mana blink target for blue and guarantees value. Else I'd be for Omenspeaker. There are better payoffs for spells matter than augur.

Yeah, I agree, but I love both of these. And Call is still fine as it still is card advantage when you discard it for something impactful like a looting effect e.g. A 4-mana Kavu Climber is still a great card.

wouldn't it be easier to just have a cube, that starts at cc2 and plays all the cards that "could've been a mana cheaper"? That would also make for a better mana situation, since it is easier to hit a {1}{B} card on turn two than a {B} card on turn one

Well I lke the 8e/9e symbols, they're very core set-y by shwocasing cards, they're much more decent and elegant and they still have a mtg feeling to them, whereas the newest version of core set symbol looks too fat and too sterile imo.

Two things: 1) Hyppie is totally fine even in a lower powered environment ime. 2) That 8E set symbol looks really nice and classy and million times better than the recent M19 one ...
