Wanting to replace Repeal isn’t necessarily crazy. It’s at its best in a format with a lot of meaningful tokens and low mv drops. You don’t really want it to cost more than Repulse. Unsummon, though, is never exciting I feel. There are a lot of sidegrades that are more likely to end up in a deck.

Overtune cards and dial them back after testing, or try to get them right the first time at the risk of no one picking the card during the draft?

Yorion gives you a different card minimum though, not a different card maximum. There is no maximum!
