In 1 vs 1 this reads: "Choose one non land permanent you don't control and exile it." Your opponent will always vote for the same permanent as you, bar Pox or Balance shenanigans. It's a very good removal spell, almost as good as Vindicate. It doesn't hit lands, but it exiles and it is monocolored.

Maybe because if you play 1/3 land and 2/3 spells, 60 is what you arrive at if you multiply 4 (max of each spell) by 10? Ten is a nice round number, and playing 24 lands was unheard of in those days :)

This looks pretty interesting for cube. It's always on curve and interacts nicely with +1/+1 counters theme if you run that.

Drafting already is very time consuming, and it's still the most fun format! Why not make it crazy fun? I'm a big fan of almost all of the draft-related cards (not the extra pack guy), though I don't necessarily want to include all of them in my cube.
