I'm with Gifts. I kind of hate these "off/on" hate cards like Grand Abolisher, Stony Silence, Rest in Piece or whatever. I know no one is advocating for the latter two but Conqueror's Flail seems in a similar ball park, and it's only in the discussion because the type of deck it hates on...
