One thing to note is that it is one of the few 3 mana sweepers that doesn't hit flying creatures, allowing you to do some fun things with UR delver-ish builds. But yeah it's basically a red card

It's a lot, but it doesn't apply pressure, save creatures or disrupt your opponent outside of blocks. It does a lot, but the things it does do don't hugely affect the outcome of your average limited game :P

Mostly plays like these but is splashable. A good card, depends if you're okay with people splashing an undercosted (read: Less than wrath) sweeper that doesn't hurt them (See Rolling Earthquake or Toxic Deluge, both powerful cards in their own right) Slagstorm Anger of the Gods

I love the thing. I think what CML is trying to communicate is it's more likely to have 2 power on average (Like in standard), than the 4 power you see in modern or legacy (so it's not too strong)
