The instant speed really does matter. When you alpha strike with all your mana open, you could have anything. In fact, you could even hold up Rally the Peasants along with something else. They have to make their blocks before they know what's gunna hit them, and often (especially in game one)...

Rally the Peasants has a huge upside though. Instant speed is very good here, and the potential to cast and flashback during the same combat is very powerful!

It's really quite different. It's sample-heavy, and has an old trip-hop/bonobo/dj shadow kind of feel. Almost all of these guys have really moved on from that sound.

Looks like a good 3-drop for Birthing Pod, and also good in a self mill deck. Seeing as it's double white I doubt it would be played in the latter though.

I still don't get the problem. Is it what Submarine said? It seems really strange that a player in two colors doesn't understand that an on-color triland works for them.

I used to do that but I ended up listening through so much bad music that it was really getting me down. I bought a battery-powered turntable and now I take that if I go for a dig. It's much better this way!
