I think this search comes reasonably close to find rares that got downshifted to common (without getting an intermediate downshift to uncommon), but it probably is missing some edge cases (for one because I exluded cards that have been printed at common, uncommon and rare)...

The dumbest thing about this whole hybrid thing is that the Commander rules are literally unintuitive for new players. I’ve seen multiple new commander players try and play hybrid cards in their deck that didn’t match the color identity of their commander…
