    Nanonox's 1vs1 cube

Sneak Attack is practically an artifact card in my cube as I’m not running things like griselbrand or emrakul. I think goblin engineer is a fringe first pick when a pack is lacking proper bombs…but you’re right there aren’t any other p1p1 at our power level other than what you mentioned…and gut...

Not sure how these fit for your cube, but some things that come to mind… waterfront bouncer I’ve always had a soft spot for bouncer for controlling the board and saving/blinking your guys. Also dies to a stiff breeze so it rarely takes a game over hypnotic sprite if your blink adds more...

I'm probably grabbing Skyfisher hoping to wheel Guidemother. It's one of my favorite cards....has good base stats on curve with room for shenanigans. It's a safe choice that has some fun upside. Taking Lab Man expecting to wheel one of Crawling Sensation or Thought Scour is another option. I'd...

Well damage doesn’t stack anymore which definitely makes it worse than when it was first printed lol

    Card/Deck Single Card Spotlight

Yeah my response wasn’t very thorough or constructive. It was just off the cuff. But it wasn’t explicitly a power max suggestion I held onto Psychatog longer in my environment than I should’ve. Even in the lower powered iterations of my cube it mostly underwhelmed. I do think psychic frog has...

Sets [DMH] Duskmourn: House of Horror

Spicy! I think this is as good as your graveyard hate is bad. Investing 3 mana a pop to get your graveyard nuked would be a real buzzkill

    Nanonox's 1vs1 cube

Yeah, seems okay...but I think that is really the only deck that it'll pop in. Which is fine! but gruul lands doesn't need a lot of help as an archetype in my experience. Raven's Crime is a bit of a pet card, but I enjoy the dynamic it brings to a game. It typically goes into decks with The...

    Nanonox's 1vs1 cube

It's definitely a perpetual struggle to maintain enough support for spells matters. It'd be different if we were running>400 card cubes. Artifacts and graveyard themes eat up a lot of real estate. Forgot about the cycling cards! There's not really a lot: Weathered Wayfarer Land Tax Tithe...

Scrapshooter Creature - raccoon archer Reach Gift a card. When Scrapshooter enters, if you promised a gift, destroy target artifact or enchantment an opponent controls. 4/4

    Nanonox's 1vs1 cube

I like the changes. Flagstones is a little narrow, but I suppose not that disimilar from Street Wraith in the way it juices an archetype. It allows for some nice sequences with the tilling creatures and Lotus Field..Balance, etc Seal of Fire is clever. I've always enjoyed the permanent-based...

    Nanonox's 1vs1 cube

Wrenn and Six is already busted, but Six to retrace W&6 would be big game. Six + Groundskeeper and Lion's Eye Diamond is infinite mana. That's the only 3 card combo I could come up with. ===== You could theoretically go infinite with Aftermath Analyst + Shfiting Woodlands + Squandered...

    Nanonox's 1vs1 cube

Six is super cool, but retrace doesn't return to hand...the card is cast from graveyard. So you can't cycle with retrace, but you can cast via evoke from the graveyard. You can cast Underworld Breach, but can't return it to your hand. It's slightly more limiting, but still a powerful value...

    Nanonox's 1vs1 cube

Yeah, I agree. Verdict is still out on the Precursor for me, but Soultrader is a boss. The non-token stipulation is obviously necessary, but really hinders it's flexibility....add to that you need a sac outlet and things to sacrifice. It feels like a little too much to jump through for 3 mana...

    Nanonox's 1vs1 cube

I'm such a big fan of the Boros Blink/Cheat/Weld pile. I hadn't actually considered Second Sunrise's applciation in the deck, but it's an interesting angle to explore. I'd be curious to see how it plays out in practice. I wouldn't normally be interested in running Zuran Orb, Valakut Exploration...
