Nightbirds Clutches and Feeling of Dread are both good for that effect in their colors (Jeskai) for any instants/sorceries-matter archetypes. There are a lot of playable creatures with prowess now too, so those double-casts can add up quickly.

I'll second the "background tint" to make it clearer where there's a deck in the post. You could make a colored header bar with the deck name or change the font for the deck name as well.

Maybe for the ones-twos-threes idea you can have the deck formatter either auto-wrap to the next line as the columns need condensing, or specify a fixed number of columns and have it read downward? Either: Ones Twos Threes Fours ETC Card Card Card Card Card Card...

I've basically embraced a WotC-style high creature count [except none of them outright suck] in all colors (with blue still on the low end, of course, and white/green the most). It's seems to work out well, particularly because it means even if your draft goes awry, you (or a new cube player)...

I think the creature just doesn't provide enough value as a card in many situations. My blue decks would rather want to play counterspells, card filtering, mana rocks, tapped lands, and removal spells on turn 2. Turn three to four really gives blue some breathing room, where it can start...

I'm going to agree with everyone and say that there's got to be a better way of storing deck data such that it doesn't get deleted when your cube changes. The decks were drafted at the time a cube was a certain way and should reflect that.
