Other notable mentions include the BG sac dec going to work to push through Wall of Denial, Wall of Omens, and Feudkiller's Verdict from the UW opponent using recurring Reassembling Skeleton with Mortarpod + Falkenrath Noble.

August 5th, 2015 - 4 Man Draft​

I like posting cube pictures, so here's some (a bit too much glare) from a 4 man draft I did about a week ago (5 packs of 9).

Couldn't quite get a draft going because people instead opted for some legacy games and it quickly got to the point where it was pushing "too" late to start a draft.
Just did a grid draft with one of the guys and played a match (which he won 2-0, with me taking a third game).

November 30th, 2015 - 5 Man Draft​

(I'll get a better lighting setup eventually. I only have 1 light source in the best room for this, so glare is always a problem.)

Yet again legacy doesn't fire.
Oh well, Cube is better on a local scale anyways (legacy with so few people gets stale).
The Storm player of the room asked if my cube supported storm, I told him it really didn't, but we made a deal that he could get a 0th pick Mind's Desire to try and find out. So that was interesting.

Here's his list, with its relevant sideboard - which was varied enough to warrant discussion. We talked and agreed he really needed a big threat, which I said should have at least involved Murder of Crows.

and here's UB - pretty sure he went 2-1

On of the coolest GW aggro decks I've seen, which I think was hurt by playing too many tapped non-basics for unneeded fixing. [card]Great Oak Guardian[/card] is indeed ridiculous. I might be playing too many token producers in my cube to even consider running it. If it didn't have flash at least you could play around the extra 10+ points it sometimes generates. It ends the game on the spot whether on offense or defense.

BW with 'Tog. He won a game where he Momentary Blinked his Grey Merchant, then flashed it back and did it again.

Went 3-0 in the 3 matches I had time to play proving yet again that direct damage really gives these aggressive red decks an absurd late game. Between Shrine, Fireball, and direct damage like Pierce Strider and Fireblast, it's tough for other decks to compete if they don't have a great start.

December 21st, 2015 - 6 Man Draft​

Got a 6-man draft together on Monday, with a relatively new player joining us. So that was an interesting experience, seeing how he evaluated a lot of old cards he had never heard of.
Everyone seemed to have deeper sideboards than usual. I guess we had a lot of people commit to their colors early this time around.

2-1, My deck, couldn't quite pull it out against turn 4 Pelakka Wurm and Great Oak Blowout.

3-0, Great Oak is nuts.

3-1 I think?

The new guy. His highlight of the night was Act of Treason-ing a Pelakka Wurm and Berserking it.

September 17th, 2016 - 8 Man Draft @ Tuskvitational 2016​

The Tuskvitational was this weekend at Rib Ranch BBQ. Invite Only - 35 people for Legacy, Food, lots of Booze. Also got an 8-man cube draft in with people that weren't doing the evening Vintage.
Some of the decks got taken apart before I got a full photo, some of them had relevant sideboard cards that I forgot to include, but the general idea is here.

Really quick, bad pictures while I was taking everything back apart for two guys playing off the top and rapidly running out of cards.

February 24th-25th, 2017 - 2 Man Drafts @ Giga-Bites Quarterly February 2017​

Mediocre pictures, but I was able to get 3 2-man drafts in at least while I was visiting Atlanta this weekend.
My decks are first in each set.

2 Man Grid Draft

2 Man Epic Draft
Was introduced to the Epic Card Game this weekend, and they have a draft variant where you and your opponent each draw a 5 card pack, pick a card, then pass the remaining 4 cards to your opponent, from which you take 2 additional cards and discard the rest (face down). In that game you'd draft 30 cards total and play with the 30 you have, we fiddled with the numbers a bit and were pretty comfortable doing 13 packs, making a 39 card, high-impact draft. Pretty cool format and it goes so fast compared to laying out and clearing out a grid each pick. Loved it. Highly recommend.

July 22nd, 2017 - 4 Man Draft @ Legacy Weekly​

Got a small draft together after a local legacy event. Been a while.
As usual, sideboard stuff on the side. I don't have exact mainboard configurations, this is just whatever they left me after the draft.

1-2? I think I might have played Chief of the Edge or something instead of the Jeskai Barricade.

2-1? No one wanted any of the red cards going around the table.
Narrowly beat the WGB deck.

1-2? I know he had Okiba-Gang and Corpse Augur in against me at some point. Also know that he had Crypt Rats and Firebolt in against the GR deck.
Definitely know he lost to the GR deck, might have also lost to the WGB one? Not entirely sure.

Boarded in Sentinel + Plains over Gargantua + Swamp in a few games. Wanted to try a more aggressive route with the black two drops and the Pierce Strider.

Trying something a bit different this time.
Really not sure what resolution works for these or how much vertical space to give each card. I work on a 15" 4K monitor so I tend to like images a bit larger..
These are scaled to 1200px wide and compressed to shit.
This is mainboard configuration (as I was given it) with the sideboard slightly below and with less vertical space between cards.

July 28th, 2017 - 8 Man Draft @ (before the) GigaBites Legacy Quarterly in Georgia​

First 8-man I've had in a long long time. Was only able to save 7 of the lists sadly, one without sideboard.
One of these decks is indeed only 39 cards. I double and triple checked my count against the physical list. One of our drafters had to leave for a sanctioned draft at the beginning of pack 3, so he plowed through pack 3 and dumped a 4 color pile on his buddy to build.
Half the draft was playing in Standard FNM, so most only got a couple games in with their decks before that started.
This was every drafter's first look at the cube as far as I'm aware, though one drafter had mentioned looking through the cube on cubetutor prior to the evening - he immediately wanted to draft Booster Tutor and succeeded in doing so.

My list last where yet again I splashed Sentinel of the Eternal Watch for no goddamn reason other than liking the card.

We didn't get to play a lot of games, but mostly red stomped three opponents.
Mono Black was probably my favorite deck of the draft, I died to a reanimated Crypt Rats activation for 8 or something crazy.

Revolutionary Rebuff!?

Hah, good catch.
Wanted to try out having an extra counterspell in and it was what I had on me at the time - it was in my box of stuff from Vegas signings.
It's strictly worse than Miscalculation and Mana Leak though so it's pretty garbage and I'll find something else instead - been meaning to give Spell Pierce a shot.

Got to do two more 8-man drafts this past weekend at Tuskvitational II. I'll see about getting what lists I have posted later.

Tuskvitational II was an invite only Legacy/Legacy Unleashed/Vintage Team event at the Rib Ranch BBQ in Georgia. Got an 8-man draft together after the top 4 cut and had some sweet lists result.

I drafted BW tokens and won the best of the three in part due to some mana screw in the third game on his end.

Was able to get 2 8-man drafts this past Friday. Going to have to try and make that a regular thing.

I drafted a Jund Aristocrats deck in the first one and went a spectacular 0-2.

Got to see Temporal Isolation on a Serendib Efreet - so that was a new one.

And here's the second 8-man draft. Or most of it. I missed the basic lands for most of these decks and one or two were post-sideboard or taken apart already.

First my glorious 0-2 deck. Deck felt fine, made turn 4 Plated Crusher a couple times and still lost. Lurking was a 9/9.

Lurking doesn't like Maze of Ith

85% sure this was post-board.

This one got taken apart before I got to it.

I'm interested to see what you'll choose to include out of War of the Spark and Modern Horizons. Both of those sets seem pretty good for rareless cubes, especially now that you have access to Planeswalkers for the first time!
