General Flexible Artifact / Enchantment Hate

Looking for cards like Rip Apart that can nuke an non-creature permanent when needed, but aren't dead in other situations.

K, so the first thing you're gonna wanna do is stop with this "Rip Apart" bullshit and change your color pie to support any number of multicolored black cards. From there, you can run:

This was a big part of the appeal for The Black Cube. Answers have more versatility and you don't end up losing because you failed to maindeck Disenchant.
I know you asked for Artifact/Enchantment, but I just went with anything flexible.
I didn't add all the Hero's Downfall variants because there's plenty to be found.
Burn always has face as a Plan B, so that works.
Searching for Charms/Commands will yield flexibility if you're willing to give up multicolored slots.

There are cards like Cast Out and some spicy multicolored ones from Strixhaven like Vanising Verse, Rip Apart and Fracture.

I cube it. But I really hate it doesn’t say ‘Destroy target artifact’

It’s one of the unfair cards because it can actually take down an Eldrazi Titan just because it i worded weird.

Yes. Yes. I've also cut it in te past, because the weird wording annoyed me so much. Also, the name kinda implies it could destroy lands. In the end, I put it back in, because it is a great, flexible little goblin.
