The price for collectibles is determined solely by the price people are willing to pay for them. A foil offers no "added value" to a non-foil card, so any price from one penny more to 1000x more then the non-foil card is equally unwarranted as far as I'm concerned.

I'm actually a lot less pissed now that I've seen how many delver variants he's in.
And apparently that interaction with cabal therapy is the real deal
