So, I've had an idea for a while that I'll probably try out at some point. I have all of the old ante cards lying around and I've thought about playing cube now and the with some sort of "pseudo-ante".
The rules would be something along the line of you having to build a 41 card deck, ante the top card, until you get a card that is not a basic land card. If you win, you get the ante cards, and get to re-arrange your deck quickly if you want to. Then, up to 41 cards per deck again and play it out.
This is probably something that would be played about as often as I play with Vanguards, but it can be exciting to spice things up now and then.
Any thoughts on that?
