I actually have this exact same conundrum in my Heritage cube, because you edit existing cards. I use a black star in front of of the name, but I had to hack the font on a local copy of Card Conjurer to get that to work XD I also mirror the art, to create an uncanny valley effect for people...

I think this search comes reasonably close to find rares that got downshifted to common (without getting an intermediate downshift to uncommon), but it probably is missing some edge cases (for one because I exluded cards that have been printed at common, uncommon and rare)...
