Drake Hatcher This card seems pretty cool. While I wish it was a 2/2 instead of a 1/3, I think this card has potential legs! I love cool Prowess payoffs, and this one is in a color that needs it with cool flavor and an awesome full-art version by Zoltan Boros!

To me, this reads more like a "Mad Max vehicle fight set with a race as a narrative device" set more than "Talladega Nights: The Gathering." I think it's definitely possible to do something about cars smashing into each other within the framework of a normal Magic set.

As much as I think you're right about the character being UB I think the card is at least GWU or GWB (at least without pie bends). I also think it make flavorful sense for her to be the "rooms matter" legend since Duskmourn is basically just her house but big.
