I'm in love with this album

Thus far, these are all the cards that I'm really excited to try out in a few weeks: I kind of wanted to try out Monastery Mentor to further support Spellslinger, but then I remembered that it was Prowess and triggered off almost everything. That card is so busted.

Sweet I am super excited for this set. Khans block has given us a ton of goodies and somehow FRF has even more cards I want to try out than KTK did.

Khans draft is fantastic, Khans sealed is dreadful. I played in a sealed side event at GP LA and I had one of the worst pools ever. I haven't played Standard in a couple of weeks, but I was having fun with this format. It's way better than last year anyway. That might change if I see the same two decks everywhere at my LGS, but that hasn't been the case thus far.

Way too slow for Cube, but I'd probably run Gisa in my Teysa, Orzhov Scion EDH deck. Splitting a creature into multiple black creatures at instant speed is pretty sweet.

I've actually had a pretty good game against Stormbreath decks, not much trouble unless I'm left holding lands and crappy spells late game which happens every now and then. The biggest issue is getting to the late game, but that's where the Singing Bell Strike comes in and helps us get there...
