I think what you've written is fine in terms of explaining what the cube is and why, but I think actually, secretly this is a sales pitch, and you need to tell the reader why this cube is exciting and why they should pick it to win. It does this to some extent, but the comment from O'Boot above...

You've still got two Rakdos Cacklers in your cubelist. Do you really need that many one drops? You've got a very high proportion of creatures to spells. Might be better trying to work out how you think aggro should compete/win and then build accordingly.

I'm not sure that sanctum prelate seems like a fun card, and your comments about insider knowledge is probably valid. I think I'd pass. Monarch strikes me as a lots of or very few number of cards type of mechanic. I think Queen Marchesa is by far and away the right card - it's in aggro colours...
