I'd remove Evacuation too, since Cyclonic Rift seems to differ more from the other two and Baral's Expertise looks better and funnier than Evacuation. Also: Whelming Wave > Evacuation.

If there's anyone still interested in this, and since the focus of the enchantment theme uses to revolt around white aggro, take a look at Ethereal armor. Has been good in my cube, specially with its best friend Eidolon of Countless Battles, and I don't even have a proper enchantments theme (yet).
