The first card that jumps to mind for me is Conduit of Storms.

It looks absolutely perfect, except it's a rare. Now, there's a chance I might introduce a "rare module" into the cube in the future, and this guy will definitely be on the shortlist for that. But for right now I like the design challenges that come from restricted rarity.
