Kind of. The top navigation bar isn't there, so you have slightly more screen space, but can't go to other websites like you normally could in a web browser.

Seems to just be an app that takes you directly to the forum. So far it appears identical to the mobile site.

I've been testing it, as I've seen it in a number of lists, but this far it hasn't done all that much. I'm not really sure which deck in my environment wants this maindeck.

Holy shit, @James Stevenson, did you know there's a button to install the forums as an app on your phone? If you open the left navigation panel while on the mobile version, there's a button that says "Install the app". Now I have a RiptideLab app on my phone!

I thought 'died' looked weird there but I also understood perfectly what was intended.
