Split screen is more like a scry 3 once than a brainstorm every turn. Actually its more like a colorless Mirri's Guile that digs 4 instead of 3 every turn.

Instant + instant speed flash may be too much, I admit. Possibilities are sorcery speed, raise fight cost to 3 or 4, limit fight to sorcery(but thats wordy and less cool)
