if I used Gold Mine i'd get players to mark the sleeve and have it reset after each draft. In fact if I can get my hands on one, that's exactly what I'll do.

Dovin's Acuity Anyone tried this? I have a high power level so I'm not sure spending 3 mana for a card and 2 life is worth it, even if you can rebuy it, but maybe if you built around it specifically.....?

Return to Ravnica was the first set where they greatly increased their print runs to keep pace with Magic's growth from Zendikar forward. I don't know whether they've given this as a reason but it makes sense to me as to why they would start there.

I don't know how practical it would be, but a custom frame like the miracle frame but upside down would be sick. That's probably outside of what MSE can manage, though.

That's true but also I don't think it matters at all. If we're making up completely new cards, why should we stick to an arbitrary template?

I really like Born to Be Wild. Both sides fit and the pun is just *italian chef kiss* E: I'm talking about the name specifically, but I'm also a fan of the card itself.

It looks like one of those cards that takes a couple readthroughs to really understand what it does, and I find those tend to get overlooked about even if they're good.

I've not found Survival to be oppressive or honestly even all that good for a while now. The tempo cost of 2 drop enchantment and 1 mana every time you need to use it is very real. I can't remember the last time I saw it in play and thought it was taking over the game.

The problem with legacy is that there aren't really any budget lists, as even the cheaper decks have at least a few expensive cards in them. Your best bet is looking at mono-colour decks, of which there are a few, but they tend not to have a lot of staples that you can easily transfer over to a...

Do you have any legacy cards already? Some decks have cheap parts and expensive parts, but the expensive parts can be stuff like fetches, or Cavern of Souls or some other modern staples.
