    Unsubstantiate is slightly better than your average 2 mana unsummon, which is to say you'd need a very specific environment to want it (Think OG Theros, Voyage's End was good in that draft format) Silumgar's command...IDK take a gander at which cards in your cube are getting on-board 2-for-1s...
