Since it doesn't look like we're getting a counterpart for Hymn of the Wilds, what do you think of this? Better art/name suggestions welcome too.

I'm on the fence about Stunt Double, but probably going to try it over Sakashima's Student, which hasn't been ninjutsued all that much. I still think I prefer Student in the ETB value deck, so not sure if that's going to be a permanent change.

It's a lot like a custom I've been running. Note that it only searches your library, so it you draw it after its target it's a dead card. Stapling the effect to a 4 mana 2/2 also makes it a lot weaker, and you're not going to get any benefit out of reusing the trigger except in very rare cases.

I did some work on the KYOOB's curve recently, and 4 is a low point on the curve for every color except blue (and blue still has more 2 costs than 4 costs), though the multicolor cards also are focused at 2 and 4 mana. I wouldn't agree with cutting lands on the basis of having looters. If anything looters would make me want to round up the land count, since I can hit my early land drops more consistently and loot the extra land away later. That's incidentally why I love Magmatic Insight. It's not at all...

That raises a point I've been meaning to ask about. In my group, the accepted wisdom is that a deck with that much lategame requires 18 lands, but I've consistently seen decks here run 1 less land than I would. Is 17 land enough in a deck like that?

Using checklists is just worse than using the actual DFCs, because now you can't even read the front face without telling the whole table about it. Draft proxies with the flip card template are a good idea, I might try that at some point.
