Sets [DMH] Duskmourn: House of Horror

Again, we agree. I just keep my UB skepticism focused on UB sets and cards. Can’t really help you there. It’s my opinion and pretty damn logical.

Sets [DMH] Duskmourn: House of Horror

Well then it’s a you problem. Because I can for sure tell if a card is from within the lore or beyond the lore by looking at a card. First tell is the set logo. If there is a Warhammer 40.000 set logo then I know we are dealing with a forreign IP. If there is a Emrakul set logo then I know...

I think TV is also just an example. I think the villain was suppose to be all modern/futuristic technology from our day-to-day life and not just specifically television devices. No?

Sets [DMH] Duskmourn: House of Horror

Yeah not big fan of futuristic designs in Magic but I can’t have two mortal enemies at a time; they’ll win

Why is this so difficult to understand for you? Our planeswalkers and characters can visit the planes in the Magic multiverse. Our story happens here. Doctor Who can never interact with Sheoldred because Doctor Who is another IP and another universe.

I’m totally on board with it being subjective what is cool and what sucks! People for sure don’t have to agree with me. It was the wording Universes Within that caught my eye and started my participation. I am of the belief that within means within the lore. And beyond means beyond the lore...

Sets [DMH] Duskmourn: House of Horror

Agreed But the topic is universes within (aka inside the planes that Wizards of the Coast created for Magic: the Gathering) D&D seems to be a great fit. At least if we keep the legendary named characters out. There probably wouldn’t be a Zendikar if there weren’t any Tolkien, Middle Earth and...

Sets [DMH] Duskmourn: House of Horror

Yeah. Some years ago I would have an issue with futuristic inventions on a Magic plane. But then came Universes Beyond and I found my new mortal enemy! Now I am fine with everything as long as they are meant to be on a Magic plane. Duskmourn is Universes Within. Because it is within the...

Sets [FDN] Foundations (a new Core Set)

Question to all: Do you guys think Standard will be even bigger now? Before we had around 2 years of cards. Now we have 3 years. Soon we will have 3 years + Foundations. Right?

Sets [FDN] Foundations (a new Core Set)

I like this product. Great idea. I think some people will complain about certain cards not rotating for years and years. Like a card like Llanowar Elves maybe. I think the “Until 2029 minimum” will not be extended any further. I think they will for sure give us something new in 2029. Maybe a...

Not specifically to you Chris.. but to all who haven’t noticed yet: They also use “When enters” instead of “When enters the battlefield” now. Saves words.

It’s called Magic: the Gathering. But they still made Magic Online and Magic Arena. So I don’t think they take their own name so strict. This this this

Sets [DMH] Duskmourn: House of Horror

We have a few spoilers for the set coming out after Bloomburrow. Duskmourn: House of Horror is the second expansion in the Dragonstorm Arc (Link: https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Dragonstorm_Arc) and Magic’s 102nd expansion. It will be a horror set taking place inside a giant mansion. Unfortunately...
