You got a few things wrong. LotR set will go into modern, but not into stadard. The Warhammer Set will just be commander decks. The draftable commander set will be the d&d set, it's called commander legends: Baldur's gate or something.

Arena has been a very useful tool for me to teach new players and convince them to stick with the game until they're fit enough to participate in actual cube drafts :)

At 680 cards, there is always a lot of cube left over after the draft, so Booster Tutor packs from these stay fresh and unpredictable enough. I think one card isn't worth the effort of crafting an extra pool or even buy packs regularly.

Honestly, I don't think play with fire is that good. You usually only shoot players when you're about to kill them anyway, right? Of course it's still shock with potential upside, but we've had better versions before, like Galvanic Blast

We have used cashew nuts for food tokens before. You shouldn't play hungry though unless you have a lot of spare mana.
