Looking into my first idea for a design, I feel really smothered by the freedom customs allow. Seems like you won't be able to do nearly as much as someone with customs. The challenge should be based on utilizing cards in an interesting way, not designing whatever you want to satisfy the conditions.

Even one shot from Rip Vance, Vance Refrigeration is a pretty big deal. Skyfisher antics in white, Probe and other cantrips in blue. Baseline body of 3/2. It's test-worthy for some environments. My biggest concern is it's a little bit low powered with a pretty high powered payoff.

I'd 100% run Tutor if it were cheaper (edit: monetarily, not MV). I debate Entomb, but that gets into a consideration of how strong I want individual graveyard payoffs to be. Booster Tutor is also a blast.

I'm interested in UB > BR = WB and skip BG, but coming in tapped is pretty rough.
