Grief into Ephemerate is probably one of the filthiest openings you can do now in a fair cube.

I don't mind it too much. That said, it doesn't help that the floor has gone up. Not only are they printing more good cards, a larger portion of the new cards could conceivably see play somewhere.

I think it's a really clever design that doesn't usually work in a normal set because it combines two set specific keywords.

The flashback can deal up to 5 damage, depending on how many different colors of mana you spend on it.

I made two icons for the pogchimp and the lollyena, as I didn't know if they would look better with sharp borders or without. As icons, I think the answer is without. For our buff Balduvian guy it's a bit harder to do that. The resolution isn't great on that one either way, nor on the current...

Wasn't the whole problem with Tibalt's Trickery that it wasn't random enough, but instead used in combo decks to cheat out big permanents way too reliably for 2 mana? In formats where that wasn't supposed to happen. Edit: I think it neatly fits in the category of cards that are banned because...
