That Esper Triome looks quite nice, the style even fits :) Maybe you already found these arts, but... Jund, Bant, Naya, Grixis (worst resolution of the bunch by far). For the Grixis Swamp, the link to the mtgs forum is the best resolution I could find as well.

That's a tough question. I never really look for promo art. I would think the Planechase arts work reasonable well for that if you can find decent resolution picks though? For Esper there's also this art that's actually never been used. It might fit? Link.
