In case anyone wanted actual confirmation: Ulvenwald Oddity is German. The whole plane of Innistrad is based of 18’th and 19’th century Germany and eastern Europe (according to Wizards of the Coast) The name is also German. Ulven means Wolf and Wald means Forest.

I like the limited sets that has this type of card.

Two custom card noobs who know nothing :P There is one... But I don't think it counts when it comes to color pie... Spin Into Myth It completely removes a creature until it it randomly drawn again or searched for. But it doesn't give a draw to the player losing the creature.

I know I wrote it myself but right now I can’t find any blue cards that shuffles a permanent into the library and let the player draw a card.

I don’t think it is a color pie break. Blue gets these types of effects every few years. However it is very close to Introduction to Annihilation like Zoss says. I think the name, art ans flavor text are good design, Onde! What other types of effects could a blue card get? Counterspell, bounce...

Spine of Ish Sah + Mindslaver seems like a pretty cool combo. I feel like the combo only has one shot in it though. You attack with Seraph and exile Spine to give Seraph the protection. Then you attack next turn and exile Slaver to complete the combo. Now you can sacrifice Seraph to Worst Fears...
