I think I still like the M15 frame best of those four. Your frame wouldn't fit artist credits for Zoltan Boros & Gabor Szikszai either, there's just not enough room if you try to cramp everything into one single line. I prefer the larger black bar at the bottom.

I think Archfiend of Ifnir is a much better build-around for discard matters decks. The floor is much, much higher, and it happens to also self-discard for reanimator decks. Bonus!
