They don't cost CCCC though, they cost 4 hybird. Hybrid is easier than regular mana, not harder. So of course these look horrible on power level next to Goblin Chainwhirler and Conclave Cavalier, their mana cost is a lot closer to 4 colorless than it is to either of those.
