'mana value' sounds more flavorful than 'converted mana cost' so for that reason I'm in. 'mana value' is shorter than 'converted mana cost' so for that reason I'm in. cutting 'library' from shuffling is less flavorful but shorter. Still a win for the game in the long run but a smaller win.
