    Sets AEther Revolt Spoilers

Okay, I've found one of the expertises I'd be happy to run. Also: Hey, I spawn something to be goblin bombardment'd every combat, while also being a decent blocker if necessary. First strike is kinda selling this to me, I dunno

    General Custom Cards: The Lab

Meren does sound like a good idea. Kudos on the pickup of Ravi, I've learned something today! :P (Also I'm stealing that art you found) The exile clause was more of a gameplay concern. Given the amount of exile based removal in the average cube, that ult might not even be that impactful, but...

    General Custom Cards: The Lab

Two interesting cards I've brainstormed recently To anyone caught in between wasteland and tectonic edge, here's another option that can basically only be used to kill problem lands. Guys, I really love recurring nightmare. Victimize doesn't really do it for me, and recurring nightmare...

    Sets AEther Revolt Spoilers

One of the great effects of playing vintage is Mishra's Workshop divides the cost of all artifacts by 3. He's a great 2 drop :P Keep in mind I'm talking about as an actual card on his own, which is a metric a LOT of cards fail on. Goblin bombardment is a shit card in a generic draft environment...

Oh yeah, I'm just saying that none of those cards imply hangerback walker :P

More like Triskelion. Don't fool me into thinking this card is good :p BTW rules text: XX Creature - Construct Walking Ballista enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it. 4: Put a +1/+1 counter on Walking Ballista. Remove a +1/+1 counter: Walking Ballista deals 1 damage to...

    Sets AEther Revolt Spoilers

in more fun news: 1WW 2/2 Double Strike Revolt: Put a +1/+1 counter on this Well, I like this a lot more than fabled hero. Been a while since I've had a good 2/2 double strike in my cube Nice. Vampire nighthawk has been an important part of black, so a comparable 2 drop doing similar...

do you think this is better than daring skyjek? I kinda hate the "Cast something for free on this slightly overcosted spell" cycle (reminds me too much of cascade), but if they're going to be this conditional I guess it could be alright.

Horray, good black 2 drops! I'm even willing to ignore energy for this.

    Min/Max Midrange Cube Experiment

Is geist-honored monk's power actually 0 in the graveyard? I don't think tarmogoyf's is Edit: Looks like it is. Monk's still a fine card mind. You could go with Belfry Spirit, old favorite Karmic Guide, or something more unconventional like Knight-Captain of Eos instead

    Sets AEther Revolt Spoilers

Nah it was slated for the 3rd set in the block *eyeroll* A few more entries of "cards that havent been printed yet and so I might try" (1/3 LLanowar elves) Possibly the least feeling mythic I've ever seen?

    Sets AEther Revolt Spoilers

A lot midrangier than most of the vehicles we've seen thusfar, but this looks powerful. Proliferate? Eh? eh? This looks like a cool low power payoff I honestly like this even less than the sweeper. Possibly the cutest vehicle I've ever seen :P

The Dandy Cube (Chris Taylor's Cube)

People ignore the fuck out of the blue aggressive creatures :p The blue aggressive deck is good, but that's more on the power of brainstorm and snapcaster combined with usually seeker of the way or young pyromancer. Somehow all the power is located in the 2 drops. Edit: One of my drafters...
