It's a green blue card, and that's what people will see at first glance. You can't reason the colors away, even if it's easier to cast than a regular gold spell ;)

These rare and uncommon planeswalkers are great! Awesome that there's going to be some lower power alternatives to the usual annoying value engines most planeswalkers are. I actually don't mind the uncommon designs at all! A nice static ability together with a few -1 ability shots. Great!
